No Refunds After Work Begins
Due to the customized nature of our services, payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. This includes research, strategy development, account setup, campaign creation, consultations, design work, or any other service-related activity.
Deposits & Setup Fees
Any deposits, onboarding fees, setup fees, or consultation fees are non-refundable, as they cover the initial planning and resource allocation required to begin your project.
Monthly Services
For recurring monthly services, payments are billed in advance. Once a billing period has started, fees for that billing cycle are non-refundable.
If you wish to cancel an ongoing service, please notify us before your next billing date. Your cancellation will apply to future billing cycles only.
Third-Party Costs
Advertising budgets and payments made to third-party platforms (such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Advertising, LinkedIn Ads, or similar services) are not controlled by SH Square Media and are subject to the refund policies of those respective platforms. We cannot issue refunds for these third-party expenses.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests may be considered only if:
- No work has been started on your project.
- No resources have been assigned.
- No deliverables have been provided.
Any approved refund will be issued at the sole discretion of SH Square Media and may be subject to administrative or payment processing fees.
